Got a late start because had something going on in the morning. Left the marina around 10 AM. Headed north west out of the ditch. Two people in the boat so only ran a six rod spread. Started off with two riggers, two dipsys, two lead core. But the lead core seemed to be the hottest so switched out the dipsys and ran four of them. Ended up with one steelhead, four Coho, five Lake Trout. Threw a couple other lake trout back trying to get more sliver for our limit. 10 color with mixed veggie stinger was the hottest rod. Fished 80 to 100 fow.
Forgot to take the bloody cooler shot for brother nature. So I had to take one on the table.

I think Between the heat stroke and all the blood I lost from the flies. I think I was out of it and hallucinating when I got home. Lol

Flies werent too bad for us.  They were there but not too many and not to aggressive.  I think the only time I got bit was during the drive in.  Bastards loved my ankles and I was stomping like a horse lol.

Nice try on the bloody cooler. The freezer burned trout wasn't bad, but the pose where you stuck the water fixture into the coho's gill plate was a great touch!

For the ankle flies - nothing works on them as well as a product called PICARADIN by Sawyer. Amazon available Well, knee high muck boots are better, but if I were mercenary, I could get 5 bucks a spritz for it most days.

Thank you for the tip. Picked up a bottle on my way home from work today.
