We caught several small Lakers and sent 2 back to mama. Then this spectacular 36 inch Steelhead got on and gave us a dancing show worthy of any highlight reel.

SWR stacked 30 feet above the 105 foot bottom, a pink and black J plug.

:woohoo:

Fishing aboard a friends boat today, thanks for the fishing and the great net job.

Pink and black J-Plug? I'm thinking that steely was gay.

After checking out the lake map on here and the depths we found out we were in Michigan waters but launched from Pastrick. We had to be somewhat near you but we saw no other fishing boats around or heard any chatter on the radio. No lakers for us be we got one Steelie and lost what I imagine was another steel being it snapped the line. Nice fish and thanks for the report.

We were about 52 West, a long way from the Michigan Illinois line. Most troller that I could see Monday were East of 54W; some because of trolling with the waves.

One filet side ready after smoking.

What a boat ride! 52 west is east of Michigan City! If you left from Pastrick, that's a haul.
