Headed back to MC/Michigan waters from the Ditch on Monday- the same area we fished for the tourney as we were into fish pretty good there before the storms. Fish were still there, we ended up 8-10 with 4 Steelies, 2 young Kings, and 2 Lakers. Released the Kings and the Lakers in good condition. One of the Lakers was 21lbs. Unlike the Steelies which I think are skinny for their length this beast was clearly eating well. Were hoping to get another shot at the King we had on Saturday that we never got its head turned before popping the hook but a good day anyway. Unfortunately from a fishing perspective soccer season is in full swing so will be travelling with my son for the next couple of weekends but hope to get at a couple more times before its all over!
