TOPIC:

Gave it our best shot Saturday morning for the port v port.  Ran from portage WNW to the 20-21 area just north of the state line where the fish were thick the day before.  Ran 8 rods, had our first nice coho on an 8" firedot dodger and purple tinsel fly before i had the 4th rod in the water.  Bite was slow at periods, we ended 6/16, all coho.  Lost one screamer after being 2/2, and we struggled keeping them on the line from that point forward.  Wife got frustrated, every rod that touched her hands was a lost fish, just one of those day.  Mostly dodger and fly bite, but still took two on a glow wonderbread spoon SWR with the DR set at 38.  All coho color combos, had hits on 3, 5, and 7 colors, downriggers, and braid dipseys back 100-110.
