Made it out to the Gary light this morning. We caught 13 coho, but only 6 were keepers. Most of the fish came on orange dodgers and green /black flies on the downriggers a few on dipseys with spoons and I think only 2 came on boards. Downriggers were set at 15-20 feet. It was good just to get out for a while.

It was pretty bad Ed. I just stayed a little bit away from the pack.

Went this morning with fishersofmen. Fished Gary Light and caught our three man limit. We had three Steve's on the boat. Just to much fun with that. I was always under the impression that the boat direction at Gary Light is supposed to be in a counter clockwise direction. Am I missing something. What a hassle. Down riggers with pink fire tigers and perch tail dancers were the ticket. What a beautiful day out on the lake!!!!

Heckler was the oldest and the quickest on the boat. That guy is quick for an old man!!!

We made it to the circus at GL too, It is like going to the Mall, you never know what to expect. Ended up 4 for 6 all on body baits and spoons, couldn't get the dodger & fly set up to fire. Still a nice day for the kick off trip of the year, at least everything worked. Rudey

Outside of the circus, it sounds like everyone had a pretty good day. Glad to hear it :)
