Headed out of EC ......launched at about 8:30- i avoid the early rush- I was boat # 35 that day.......#1 launched at 3:30am!
We wanted to do a combo trip perch and coho .......decided to run coho first since we were right there....... ran a little out from the wall starting from first light to a little past the end.  We did get our 3 man limit - Brad thin fish- red/black squiggles....firetiger.....orange/red chevron, and rapala J-9 orange did the damage.  Went about 15/21......
We got our first 10 at a moderate pace, next 3 were a grind..... then we picked up and headed to the Gary flats for perch..... only 10 boats there,  5 left in first 10 minutes......... Basically- we missed the hot perch bite.  Decided to finish up our last 2 coho in front of Gary light.  
   I should have went for perch first, then finished up coho fishing at Pastrick's,  that was my mistake, but hard to complain about getting limits in early March.  
Btw the coho were all nice sized for this early, only one throwback. My kid even bagged a Steelhead for the last fish of the day.  Some nice early year areial acrobatics!
Shakedown on the boat also went great,  no Gremlins, sure nice being on the water again.

How is EC charging to launch/park this year for Indiana residents?
