Might as well put the boat away for awhile. Another strong front moving in early next week. I was at MC yesterday and the harbor and Trail Creek were all iced up. I just seen some pics of a friend who had about 10 or 12 nice cohos he caught in the ditch.

No problem! I've caught thousands of fish from this color water. Forget spoons and D/F, stick to Mepps Spinners and "rattle-baits" in bright colors. Fish bite best when the sun is high, not at dawn or dark.

The color in the water actually helps the lake warm more quickly and pulls in more of the offshore fish.

I'll take too dirty over too clear, anytime.
