The jerks at Mittal/Inland decided it was the day to clean out their pipes. My customers saw all the black smoke on the way out and asked about it. I said I figured the mill people knew the EPA guys were in a meeting somewhere and not watching. When we came back in from laker land and set up near the third light it didn't take long to see the lake was covered with soot.
Spent the afternoon washing the coal dust off the BRO. Nasty chit, now in my driveway.
