Left out of Hammond this morning with forecast saying it was supposed to calm down though the day. Well we got out and started setting lines and the winds picked up. Ended up fishing with all lines in the water for only about 20 minutes when we decided it was getting just too nasty out there to stay fishing. As we were pulling in lines my son got one decent laker. was an wet wet cold and ROUGH ride back in. All said and done we got out and got a fish so it was a good day. With the way the weather has been I had to at least get out and try for a bit today.
Me holding the fish my son reeled in.
