3 Tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
1/2 tsp GROUND CHILI PEPPER
1 tsp OREGANO
1 tsp SALT & PEPPER
2 ONIONS
2 GARLIC CLOVES
Slice Onions & Garlic thinly
put Olive Oil into skillet then add Onions and Garlic
cook Onions & Garlic about 3 minutes after oil is hot
then pour in can of Diced Tomatoes
now add ab out 1 teaspoon of Salt & Black Pepper to taste
about 1 teaspoon of Oregano and 1/2 teaspoon of Chili Pepper
Now simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes to get flavors incorporated into Tomatoes
Now after removing any black meat from fillets add them to the mixture and cover with the mixture
Now simmer on medium heat about 15 minutes or until the fish start to break apart a bit
