Interesting info Jeff. Thanks. I was under the impression that the Feds controlled all of the Laker stocking but this site said the Feds only plant as many lakers as they are told by the LMC.

Yes very interesting. Lakers do have their place in the fishery, but not at the 2.5 million stocking rate.

I agree. We need a multi species fishery for sure. The laker cuts announced were a good start but not enough. Hopefully the LMC can agree on further reductions.

Interesting stuff. Some quite accurate, some a bunch of hooey and some quite opinionated. I wonder how many charter captains are going to "join" for $500. Not me. After reading it, I doubt I'd join for the $20 tip.
