My corded American Angler has lasted me years. I wanted to upgrade and bought a Rapala cordless and the battery burned out after 3 charges. My old one is still going.
Greg ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ :woohoo:

I had a Berkley cordless, worked "ok" and burned out. Had a Rapala corded, worked great but burned out after 2-3 years. If I ever get one again I will probably give American Angler a try - they are supposed to be built very well.

I have a Mr. Twister it's been through the ringer and still runs great. Just bought a second one this year cus I like it so much.
