I asked this under a different thread before I found the info pasted below. My question is what does it cost to launch at Washington park and park the Truck/Trailer for the day? If I am reading the info below correct it will cost $25 to launch and park - is that correct? There is some conflicting info so not sure about times - it seems before 8 AM there is no parking fees (see second posted section below). Hoping someone can answer that has launched there before 7 AM.

Launch Fee $10 per day.
Car and motorcycle parking $8 per day.
Parking Fee for truck/trailer/motorhome/bus $15 per day.

Daily parking fees will be charged on weekends only beginning May 12, 2018. Parking fees will be charged daily beginning Saturday, May 26, 2018 through Monday, September 3, 2018. Parking fees will charged on weekends only after Labor Day through September 16, 2018. After September 16, 2018 no parking fees will be charged. Parking hours are subject to change.



Washington Park is open daily from 5 am to 10 pm, and Sun through Thursday, and 5 am to midnight on Friday and Saturday, year round

Parking fees apply from 8 am to 9 pm and from 6 am to 10 pm during special events

The launch fee used to include parking.

Yes you are correct. It is $25 to launch and park at mich city/Washington Park. If you get there before 8 am it is free. I had a gate keeper tell me that a few weeks ago when i paid my $25.

Im normally there before 8 but made a $25 mistake that day lol.

Thank you RR - it looks like they start charging at 6 AM for special events but it also looks like most of the special events they close the boat launch anyways.
