Does anyone else make game plans like I do before fishing trips? I also might be the only weird one but I do this quite often the night before based on reports and huntches. Usually it looks way better on paper than what actually happens lol

P.s. I do have cabin fever very bad. Cant wait till next weekend!

I do. But not on paper. I just get it all figured out in my head. I feel like i should start writing it all down though.
Thinking about all that and what baits I'll have out is usually what keeps me from sleeping the night before a tournament or other big fishing day.

Fishing is great because it taps into the six sense. Sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and feels are nice, but the sense of anticipation is what takes it to another level. When the clouds move in or the sun starts to peak over the horizon and your boat finds a rhythm moving through the waves. The rigger wires get that perfect hum, and you KNOW a good fish is close. That’s what keeps us up and night and wakes us up in the morning.

Tim I'm doodling trolling plans all over my work table while welding at work. Thankfully I dont have a boss that micromanages or he'd know why production is slows down late winter/early spring.

That was a mid may plan last yr when all the kings were around. The plan that day actually worked and ended in a memory making kinda day.
