I live in Illinois. I'm wondering if Indiana has the same 2 people per boat rule at this time?

I'm sure people are saying screw it and boating with more then 2 but whats the actual ruling at this time?

Thanks in advance. Always a great help!
The little red rocket! It's all the boat I need ;)

To my knowledge, I do not believe there are any restrictions.
I believe charters are still running in indiana so as long as they're running, dont worry about how many are in your boat...jmo

I seen from Ralph Steigers Facebook that he was told charters are non essential and not allowed to operate, so take it for what its worth. I would say just be smart about it.

I think charters are hosed for a very short period of time - no restriction on recreation.

As I read the rules or "suggestions" charters are not specifically mentioned one way or the other but as a business, are restricted by the social distancing, cleaning and facemasks rules. The six-foot rule would be the toughest for most. It could be in the Phase two regs businesses asked to keep to 50% occupancy - so maybe 3 people instead of 6? For me, it wasn't much of an issue. I offered to refund deposits or reschedule later and all my customers did one or the other.
