H3O is sending me a frame, sans lenses, to see if they fit. If so, I'll pay them and they'll ship the lenses, with readers. If not, I return at no cost. Some guy named Earl at H3O made the offer. They are working their tails off for the sale. The kind of company you want to support. They only sell direct and Covid is killing them. He told me he just received word the Milwaukee and Chicago Muskie Expos are cancelled for 2021.

If you'd like to help an underdog, check out H3O sunglasses!

Actually, I have a pair of H30 Sunglasses - they were the first pair of high-end glasses I reviewed in Great Lakes Angler - way back in 2000 or 2001. I had no problems with them. What I found, however, was one of the colors - actually mine came with clear, brown and dark green - became my favorite and I used it 90% of the time. Never used the clear, usually used the coffee.

That clear lens is part of their "Lite" package today. The "Angler" package comes with gray, brown and yellow. I'm assuming the gray is for the highest light conditions. Hope that will be enough.

its all about comfort and eye strain. I have had $15 glasses that I absolutely loved - they just scratch easy. Take care of them and there is no reason to spend big money. IMO for visuals they are no better, but for longevity and quality they are. With that being said, I love my Costas, as long as I dont lose them.

I made an INVIOLATE rule for myself once I switched from Dollar Store shades to higher quality glasses. They only live in two places - one is in their case in the glove compartment on my boat. The second place is on my face or dangling from the eyeglasses strap each pair is fitted with. They don't EVER sit on the dashboard, the side of the boat, on a tackle box, in a tackle box or any other location. They don't perch on my hat, or sit backwards on my head like Guy Fierri does on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Most of all, they never leave the boat. I have other glasses in my truck for driving. If I climb out of the boat with my boat glasses on to head for my truck and realize what I'm doing, I instantly go back to the boat - even if it's closer to my vehicle - and put the glasses in their case and into the glove compartment. That's why my H30s are twenty years old. My Onos are 15 years old - not scratched, melted, lost or crushed. INVIOLATE!!!!!

I went with the ONOS Nolin frame for my fat head, with readers. At my door-$99.00. Costas Fisch readers are out of stock and no idea when they'll have more. They are $219, at my door, with a lifetime guarantee. I can replace the ONOS once and still be ahead of the game. Based on the good reviews from Bull and BNature, I expect they'll be great! Will follow up next summer. Thanks to all for your input!

$14 Berkeley or Shakesphere for me and I have several pairs some with the shiny coating and some just dark. They work for me and I have lost a pair or two. No biggie. Lol
