Happy Thanksgiving to all Southenders! With five brothers and five sisters, it's going to feel a little lonely on Thanksgiving today with enough of the family being Covid Cautious to call off the traditional multi-tukey food fest. My daughter and son-in-law were up over the weekend deer hunting so we did the turkey-tasting last Sunday afternoon. So with just my wife and I at home today and being turkey-leftover weary, it will be Salmon Steak for us today. For anyone who hasn't cut one of their kings this way, you ought to try it. It has a different flavor than a filet, quite pleasing and a cool look on the plate.
