Hello,

Is there a different launch at Portage other than the city launch that we can use?

My boat is 26ft x 9-7w and I'm concerned about trying to launch it at the city launch.

Plus, I'm disabled so it's hard for me to get around.

Maybe one of the marina have a launch I can pay to use?

Doynes has a launch as noted, but the city launch might be the nicest in the state on LM.  You will not have trouble launching your boat there.  I have seen many a 30+ ft boats launch there and launched many mid 20's boats with friends.  Good ramps.
