TOPIC:

I am concerned about our water safety.

1. It has been reported that the buoy reporting winds and wave heights cannot be deployed; they have lost the anchor chain.

2. I haven't seen the Portage Fire boat.

3. I haven't seen the new Sheriff's boat.

4. Is the Michigan City Coast Guard station manned? They stopped manning MC and Cal Harbor last year.

And tow boat isn't in Marina Shores anymore. They are out of Hammond I believe.

Mike Jr isn't working for boat u.s. anymore I think that's why they moved the boat.

MC Coast Guard manned weekdays and certain weekends. Call the station for details.
