I have been using the razor sharp edge making system for A couple years now. It's a great product. You can sharpen a knife in less than a minute I would not use it on expensive custom knives because it does remove a good amount of material from the blade.

I have been thinking about trying out the whole paper wheel deal but havent yet. I have a 3 stage Chef's choice that works pretty darn good and its fool proof lol.
