A friend of mine tried to get into Lake Michigan fishing many years ago with boat, rigging and other gear but he lived too far away and was too busy with other things to go regularly. He sold his boat recently with only a couple hundred hours on it - most of that on week trips to Canada or at Brookville Lake - much closer to his home.

Here’s his note to me: I’m selling four Cannon Downriggers - Mag 10 models. All of them have telescoping booms. I also have low profile swivel base mounts for all four of them. Two of them have weight retrievers. They all stop automatically at the surface. I will include a weight and release with each one. (I have 3 10 lb. weights and 1 6 lb. weight.) I am asking $350 for each of the two without the weight retrievers and $360 each with the weight retrievers. I would sell all 4 to one person for $1200. I would sell the 2 with the weight retrievers for $695 and the 2 without weight retrievers for $675. These have not been used very much and are like new.
