hello everyone. first would like to say thank you for having me. this forum seems to be very informative and most of all respectful. I hope to be able to contribute.
I was wondering if there are any Yakers out there. I'm looking for folks to go out for salmon in kayaks. I never thought it would be so hard to find this sort of being. I start out at ice-out (maybe now) at East Chicago/pastrick and Calumet park. I am looking for spots to launch at along the east shoreline. I will try Michigan City this year. by may/June I move north to Waukegan or Winthrop. kenosha?

Welcome aboard! There are definitely Yakers here, even some that boat fish, Yak fish as well. Right now is a pretty slow period on the forum being Winter, but it will pick up dramatically in March / April. I know a couple of guys that Yak fish in portage and MC. Tight lines!
