TOPIC:

Started out by the donut area , gave that 1 1/2 hours with only 2 dinks to show for it. Moved east to in front of the pavilion in 42 FOW and worked in to 24 FOW. Nothing and don't think the other 8 boats in that area were picking much up either. Back to the donut area and gave it a second chance to no avail. But it was a nice day to be on the lake. Rudey

Bummer Rudey. I havent been perch fishing at all this year. Hope to give it a whirl sometime soon. Thanks for the report.

Thank you for taking the time to post a bad day too. Lots of times guys only want to post when they get limits. But the no fish days are just as helpful if not more. Plus it makes those of us that were at work feel a little bit better. LOL

I haven't made it out yet perch fishing either.

Maybe we all need to get together for a perch day!! I will be on vacation all next week and boatless to boot. Only thing on my agenda is searching for a new one.........just sayin

Too bad the fishing is slow Rudey even for the perch. I guess the dog days of summer really bite on the big lake also.
