Two of us caught 35 to 40 perch. Mostly small. We brought home 6. There were about 4 boats on the lake on a beautiful morning. All were catching perch. One boat had two 14 inchers and another boat several jumbos. We started just east of the pier and then went to the water tower in 28 feet of water where we had the most success. My buddy was reeling his perch up slowly and there would be a swarm of small perch follow the hooked fish up to the surface. I have never seen this before. Hope to get back out again next week when it gets hot again.
