Hi guys im new to the site but have been reading it for a couple weeks after meeting bill (angry pirate) at hammond marina a few weeks back fished off 95th street bridge today this morning no live bait just drop shotting pearl white tube jigs same thing last sunday got a limit of 8-1/2 to 11 inchers lots of sorting. My buddy was using minnows and not doing any better so he switched to tube jigs and limited out as well.

Glad to be here. Just trying to learn my way around the site. I fish from a 1996 crestliner 1860 phantom but put it away for the winter a couple weeks ago. So ill fish from shore-bridges till march. Been perch fishing the big lake since the late 70's. Seen it go thru the ups and downs and excited about the future with all the small perch out there. Thanks for welcoming me.

Also looking to get back into the spring salmon fishing done it years ago.

You are definitely in the right place for getting back into salmon fishing. We have far more salmon addicts then perch. We have members of all skill level here and we all love to help and teach other. So anything you want to ask feel free.
