Had a time limit today so was only able to get out for a while this morning. Started at the mouth of the river, flat bottom with minimal marks if any. As we moved into the river, the graph lit up, have heard the same from several people, never seen so much bait in the river before. Zoomed to the first turnaround basin where we had previously been on Tuesday’s adventure, I caught two, one true dink and one just at, maybe below keeper size, so it went back for good measure. Then went farther into the river, down just past the 95th bridge and went into the corner. There were plenty of marks there and myself and my two buddies started all catching, small at first, then started getting a few better fish. I ended with six keepers and a handful of throwbacks, my buddies had one and four or five keepers respectively including one around 12”. Didn’t have the most productive day, but it was tons of fun.

We weren't so lucky.  I appreciate Ddude2611Fishing's reports and everyone else's.  Was on the water by 7:30 and hit the mouth.  Within 20 minutes, my brother's 5' ultralight was reeling off line.  A 15 pound laker took his bait.  Though a nice catch, we tried varied spots all the way to the first basin and not one perch bite for 3 hours.  With the abundant number of boats, to only see and heard of two perch was frustrating!  Ddude, you have a magically sense of where the golden bandits were.  Thanks again for the posts and good luck to all my fellow fishermen!
