We caught a limit of 45 in just over two hours today. We were west of Burns Ditch in 26 feet of water about one half a mile west of the ditch. We only had to trow a few back. Beautiful day to be on the water.

We anchored near other boasts and never moved from our initial anchorage. It was very windy and all boats were anchored except for one. All boats were catching perch. We started fishing at 11am. We used crappie minnows and ran out just as we caught our 45th perch.

We were fishing the HCC powder puff today so going offshore and late at that.  Left the ditch at 7am and saw the stack of boats just west of the ditch and thought.........D A F U Q........I have never seen that.  Must be damn good!  50+ boats all on top of each other.

Lots of reports and pics, most had a great day with limits and nice size fish.

Evening bite on 7/2 was much slower. We did OK, but nothing crazy. 6 boats out, everyone seemed to be doing the same. Nothing like this morning apparently.
