Tried the slip yesterday (12-19-24) from 12:30 to 4 P.M. Had minnows and bee moths for bait. Just a lot of 4 to 5" perch that lived to get to swim another day. I use jigs so there were no hook swallowers. One boat in the slip fishing also. Conservation officer was there checking licenses later in the afternoon which is good. Looked like he caught one offender and was writing a ticket for his charge. The little guys loved the jigs tipped with bee moths. Others there had the same luck as me. KJK
