Fished with BGB on the morning of Xmas eve and we were unable to stay on top of the Perch in the 3' waves. The weather report read the winds were outta the S/SW @10 which was cool. We motored out and realized the winds were about 15 outta the west. Thought about loading up and running to Cal Park but then said screw it.

Xmas morning was a little better wavy but doable. Me and my sidekick of the day pulled another 30 nice fish and got outta there quickly to make it back home. The Perch are still out there boys and the bite is on fire!

Nice work PB! I figured xmas eve would be pretty tough - yesterday appeared to be perfect though. Glad ya nailed em.
