Great action east of the wreck a mile or two and from the state line out to the 48s. Lots of limits caught in that area today. Most everything worked for everyone. Spoons, D/F, Meat. A few kings in the mix, a laker here or there and some steel. I heard of fish coming on 3 colors and others almost on the bottom. Middle 30s down were best for me. Nice to have a whack of silver fish to play with for a change!

Fished with Bob & my brother RigaTony. That's my fishing nickname for my little bro. Started out short of the pack and landed 1 coho with one drive by. I would like to thank everyone that was sharing information on the radio today. Where the fish were and what they were using. Heard the chatter, picked up lines and headed to the hot spot. Their were at least 20 boats in the pack and it seemed everyone knew how to stay away from each other for the most part. Seemed like everone was catching fish. Ended up with 5 ho's, 2 kings, & 2 lakers. Just a great day to be on the lake!!!!

Good to see your back at it Captain Mike. Sounds like the action was good in those parts. Been looking at other reports around lake, are the fish still hitting smaller d/f or are they hitting the larger ones? Mike

Wow! What a difference a day makes! Same area, same pack of boats, only about a tenth of the fish caught as yesterday. There was more whining on the radio than a bunch of farmers at a coffee shop.

Raven: All I caught yesterday and today were on small dodgers and flies about 2.5 - 3 inches long. Some of the others were using larger dodgers. I usually switch to large dodgers more a condition of depth than time of year. More than 40 feet or so, I use the big dodgers. Spoons, both mags and standard sizes took fish as well.

I got a text from a buddy that one of his friends was out east of the wreck and they went 17 for 20 so fish still there for sure.
