Fished primarily north of portage in 70-90 FOW for the first of leg of the HCC Club Championship series. Steady pick of cohos, steelhead, kings, and lake trout. Unfortunately we only got 1 sizable king in the boat at a bit over 15 lbs. We had 3 small kings as well (7-8 lbs). We caught fish from 50 coppers all the way down to the bottom. Probably landed 15 on saturday and 20 on sunday.

Late morning on Sunday we had a king start ripping a dipsy with a meat rig. The wire snapped mid span :( . Thats an expensive miss lol.

Ouch! I've only lost one dipsey to a fish and it wasn't pleasant. Spoons are bad enough!
