Went out of East Chicago at first light ran to Gary light. Ran 8 lines 6 with 3/4 oz keel weights 4 thin fish 2 red and black 2 bengal tiger, two red 00 flasher with green tinsel peanuts and two SWR on down riggers with spoons. Action was steady with heavy bait fish stacked up in the discharge area. Pulled out further from the light house the action and fish size increased. Picked up a nice king and a laker on a double. Down riggers and magnum spoons were the winner’s. Fish wanted speed averaged 2.5-2.8. Mother Nature decided to blow west so ran in. Gonna be a good year! Keep the reports coming!

Thanks for the report and detailed info. What depth were you fishing when you moved out?

Those look like Warrior Hey Babes! My first love in spoon designs, the paint chipping on mine is the same that pattern has seen lots of teeth.
