Fished Tuesday left dock around 7:30 and stopped at 12:30 due to biting flies in 70 to 80 feet. Also a lot of midges, it was miserable. Caught 1 large laker and 1 coho.

Captain Mike saw your recent article in Great Lake Angler about "ankle flies" just before ordering 40% deet bug spray. Bought a few spray bottles of the recommended Picaridin for biting flies. Hope it works
