When reading buoy temps available online, which values mean the most to you? Is a tighter thermocline more desirable than a drawn-out thermocline? Does surface temp affect how close fish are to shore during the summer months? Thank you for the insight.

Temp break at the steeper side for me, but I will take any temp break as long as it get to high 40 degree mark. It at least gives you a good starting point.
