TOPIC:

Left the harbor around 5 am and went to the tristate area.... Ended up 11 for 18 .... Mostly Coho and a few Steelhead.... Most came on a 0 Red Dodger and Blue/Green/ Gold fly on downriggers and slide divers around 50 - 55 feet down.   It was bumpy out there .... the lake was supposed to lay down but it never did.  almost of our hits came on a west troll... Most of the time there weren't many boats around us but when we put the net in the water all of a sudden we were in a crowd.  All in all it was a fun day with my son and one of his friends....

Nice job thanks for the report! I'm jealous of the steelies, they can't seem to find our boat. There were some steep waves in the morning your right about that.

In the early part of the morning we had a few hits on a regular size Flounder pounder and a Green Toad .... about 8 o'clock the bite switched to the dodgers and flys.... we also had a hit on a meat rig but it came unbuttoned about 10 minutes into the fight .... we are thinking it might have been a king (the pole was bending pretty good) ...
