Hello to all!

well my plans fell through last week and didn't make it out. That's the bad news but the GOOD NEWS is we are going out tomorrow.  I see M&M Charters is still catching good li.its of silver fish and lakers.

Anyone have any suggestions or current information when heading out of Portage?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

We'll sure give it our best! This will be the 3rd time out this year. Life gets in the way but I'm glad I'm still alive and able to give it a try.

Calling for storms overnight and tomorrow morning, with high wave action, and piers to be swamped by waves. Keep an eye out on the forecast. Good luck and be safe!

We canceled our plans for fishing this afternoon after seeing the storms that were forecast to build over Chicago and the southern end of the lake.

I've lived through 3 storms on lake Michigan and 2 were horrible. I won't take unnecessary chances.

it's one thing when you're fishing and a storm blows up but it's crazy to put yourself in that position knowing that a storm is coming.

Your advice is well taken.

Thank you. Its grateful appreciappreciated
