Launched at Hammond and went to the entrance of Indiana Harbor and set lines, all dodger and flies with 5/8th oz keel weights. All six inch red dodgers. Flies were two types of blue, and two shades of green. Also briefly deployed a Brad’s Thinfish in Gold with red/orange marks on the side, but it was quickly replaced by the dodger and fly. Got on the water and set lines a little before 7 and were limited by 10:36. Missed/lost quite a few and turned back a 12 or 13 incher. Started slow but action picked up a ton after the sun got higher.

Nice job!!

Wished we had done the same,  but we launched out of Pastrick around 7:30.  Worked the wall for the first hour - hour and a half with no takers. Called a buddy who sent me over to the ship canal entrance.  Ran 6 rods with 4 of them running dodger/flies and 2 running thin fins. We ended up boating 6/11, with several lost just out of net range.  3 on dodger flies (grn/blu and black/gold) the rest on thin fins.

I dragged (not really) Ddude2611Fishing out fishing with me this morning. What a great fisherman he is.  As he wrote what a great day. All on orange dodgers and peanuts. Mainly green.
Trolled mainly at the entrance of Indiana Harbor (east to west circle). Did troll south to north, picked up a few but out in front lots of bait fish and hits. At one time had 3 lines consecutively clicking off. Now that's fun.
Sunday I was out, boated 14 out of 15 in just as short time. Same area. Couldn't grab that 15th one had to get back for an event. Missed at least 10 Sunday. Sunday had 2 dodgers and 2 brads out. Dodgers 3 to 1 over the gold/red and watermelon brads. Still got to love those brads.
Lots of action both days. Would attach pictures but they are the same as Ddude2611Fishing, LOL.

Be safe out there. Work together.
