Fished from 6:30-11:30 today from 30-53' of water west of the ditch nearly to the end of Gary light wall. Wanted to try east toward the Port, but didn't want to fight the winds. Ended the day 10-13, all coho. Best water depth was 48-53' of water. Fished riggers, dipseys and copper 100' and 150'. Best sets were copper with 00 jensen orange dodger with blue/silver medium fly, and 00 yellow with red dots dodger and same fly. Riggers at 22' and 29' with orange dodger and same fly and also a mag spoon in green. Dipseys at 60-75' with same dodger and fly sets. Had a offshore planer release during a double earlier in the morning and lost sight of it - still floating around- lol. Had nine fish at 10:00, but took 90 minutes to stick the last fish- go figure. All in all a good shakedown, considering everything ran good. Fish on! Nick.
