My son (Brad) and I launched Portage around 630am exiting the ditch heading NE to 50 FOW. Nice 3ft rollers, but fishable. Several boats out trolling already in the area we were starting to troll. Burns ditch to Port of Indiana. Set two dipsy's, one set at "0L" with a caramel dolphin 35 ft on counter, 2nd dipsy set at "2L" with a hawg wild 65ft on counter. Added copper line with a blood nose and a planner board with a custom orange and white deep diver (glow).
Didn't really mark a lot of fish as we trolled. About 1 1/2hrs trolling dipsy one with caramel dolphin popped. Brad reeled it in and I netted a 18" silver (coho).
That was it. The lake really started to set down so it was hard to call it.
Always a fun day to be out fishing/catching with the Mr. Brad.

Be safe
