TOPIC:

I wrote a whole article on dealing with Lake Michigan's biting flies - commonly called ankle flies. Now I only need to write one word:  PICARADIN.   Two more words....  It works.  Sawyer makes the product I use and I get it from Amazon.  

Of course you can continue to use DEET,  gin, dryer sheets or other treatments. I used to wear thick socks and long pants even in the summer.  No more. 

Get some Picaradin!  

It works very well. Tried it for the first time last year.

I read an article about this product on Thursday and bought a can at Walmart today.

My local Walmart down here had some off spray with 20%, but had that off "scent" so held off. 
 

It seems pretty expensive ,,, But , I guess , it's worth it , if it works .

PS  Find the slick , the bugs are on , and SLAM UP SOME METALHEADS ,,,
