Decided to trust the forecast of 5-10MPH ESE wind forecast at headed out. Some left over rollers from the northeast as we handed out to 120'. Shortly there after the 5-10 turned in to 15-20 and we were up against 3-4' really close together which just isnt a lot of fun. Worked around the 140' with 50 degree water down about 80'.  Got 3 coho and laker then pulled lines. There we fish out there but between the waves a current is lost its appeal and back in the slip before the rain hit. Nice to see coho in August, I can remember when they were gone by mid-July.

That really is good to see them still there! This weather past couple weekends has been a bummer. Canceled my trips both weekends. Seen the flip at the mc bouy this morning...interesting to see if it happened at portage or not.
