Snuck out after work with a crew of three and had lines in at 4:45 setting up at the port heading towards the donut.  Fish marks and bait were everywhere, and we boxed 6 coho in the next hour and a half and lost a couple more.  Dodger fly on the 2/3 colors were doing work per usual.  What was a fairly calm evening turned choppy when a WNW wind started picking up speed.  The bite turned off after that, but we managed to land another coho close to 5 lbs on the deep rigger with a green dolphin.  Our bait did start to disappear as the night went on.  We continued to work the 40-50 range and had a few more bites at sundown, including what I believe was a mid-sized king cranking on the dipsy.  All-around a quality afternoon of fishing finishing about 8/12 with a few more short hits and nice fish.  Also a humbling reminder that the weatherman isn't always right.
