I saw a post on Facebook from a person who launched and fished at EC.  Not much of a fishing report accompanying. Fish were caught didn't say how many or where.

A CO told me he observed guys catching a few trolling the mouth of the ditch last week

some folks have been catching a few here and there in lower part of the ditch and Trail Creek but depends on the day in terms of ice coverage, with all the pack ice around and these crazy winds
