Is anybody catching anything anymore or did the fish flee the south end? I haven’t been out in the last week but haven’t heard any recent reports from Indiana ports or even St. Joe. It seems a lot of ports up north and getting lots of fish.

Im sure there's fish to be caught 65 to 100 fow. I usually post but timing with my life and weather on the lake hasn't timed up well this month.

Fished on a friend’s boat out of SJ this am. Caught 5 kings and 1 laker. 70-90 fow. Bite was real good before and at first light then died like walking off a cliff. Even mix of spoon, F/F and meat bites. Talking to them it’s been pretty good up that way.

Definitely still fish around both west and east.  Seems like west has more of a mixed bag available, east (MC/NB) has more kings which is the direction we gone the last two trips.

Fish Hound,

How are you targeting steelhead? Are you catching them of flashers and flies? Or mostly spoons and crankbaits?

I haven’t been out for a couple of weeks but want to try to get out this week if I get a chance. Are you catching fish mostly before and around sunrise? Or are you catching them
during the day? Recently the bite in SJ seems to shut off by 8 am.

Left dock at 515 (family crew was hard to wake up) shot out to 70 fow in the 7s finished 90 fow in the 5s. Only 2 for 4 for us. 2 smaller kings. Thermo down 40 @ 54 degrees. Hot as heck picked up lines about 915.
