Hello Everyone,

I am curious has anyone had issues returning stuff to traxstech? I purchased a pretty good amount of their tracks and accessories to outfit my boat and didn't use some of my order. I returned it usps and confirmed the drop off. Traxstech claimed they didn't receive the return. At first their customer service got back to me right way, long story short they have not answered for months. I love there product, but it seem customer service is lacking. Have others had the same experience? If so what was the outcome?

I bought some traxs from Fish 307 and returned some of the items without a problem

I would call them again and ask to speak to a supervisor. I am guessing they will take care of it right away.

I have never returned anything. I told the owner that my friend has some loose rivets on some of his trax and they were kind enough to send me rivets along with a neumatic rivet gun to borrow. I thought that was above and beyond customer service.
I would call and ask to speak to the owner.
