Wondering if anyone has an easy or creative way to wind up the long leader/ dipsy/ Dodger setup to rod without having to remove it each time I move or finish fishing. . Kind of a new setup for me and with the 6-9 foot leaders it makes it difficult to quicky secure them without completely dismantling the setup.. imaybe it's a dumb question and yes I'm lazy but I figure someone has a way. I did see some contraptions from Bass pro that you can wind it up on and clip on rod but that's just one more thing to lose. I tried going down and around the reel and back up to hook on an eyelet of rod but wasnt comfortable with that as it looked like reel seat could have damaged the leader over time. Not sure I can try the same around bottom eyelet. Thanks in advance. .

Lots of ways to do it, personally I remove the dipsy and leader until they are ready to be re-deployed.

The leader mate from lunaseasports.com works well.
