My wife makes this every so often and it is pretty tasty and simple.
Take a few bass filets and cut them into chunks. Put the chunks in a pan and cover with water. You can add whatever seasoning you prefer. She uses Old Bays sometimes or some lemon juice and garlic or just salt and pepper. Boil the fish until it is cooked through. Drain it and chill it in the fridge till it's good and cold. Mix up some cocktail sauce and grab some crackers and a beer. Dip and enjoy.
