TOPIC:

I'm planning a meeting of Indiana's North Coast Charter Association for early January. Since most of the members operate out of Lake County ports, we usually have the meeting at East Chicago. We are thinking of expanding our meeting and having speakers from the DNR, Coast Guard, Boat Insurance firms and the like. If so, it would make more sense and get a better turn out if we have the meeting more centered in Indiana. I was thinking of perhaps the new Miller Ikes or Marina Shores. I don't know if either place has meeting space, but I know the Ike's used to in their own building.

Does anyone know who to contact at either of these spots or have any other suggestions in that area that would (inexpensively) be able to host what we hope will attract 20 to 40 people?

All the Southenders will certainly be alerted of when (Jan 12th, probably) and where the meeting will held.

Probably get one half of bulldog brewing which is located at Marina Shores. I would think that could work out quite nice.
