Anybody else use something like this?

Years ago we kept logs with some of the same info on them. Now a days we keep only the dates fished, general area and the type & numbers of what we catch. It was kind of helpful back in those days when we fished contests but now it's just for the fun of fishing and looking back at the end of the year.

I do, then at the end of the month I mail them in to the DNR.
I kept detailed accounts years ago and even tried to keep tabs on misses. After all if you get bites on four green lures and catch them all and then get bites on four silver lures and lose them all, which lure is better? Or like yesterday I was running five red (orange) lures on my planer boards and one firetiger. If I caught 12 fish on the planers but three on the firetiger - what was the hot lure?

I dont use any logs, but need to start......
