Hi all .. Thanks for the replies about my latest stay at home project . My Jerky . Now for news

Bad News : I regret to inform you that my Smoker took a Crap , in mid cycle , and I lost the entire batch . I will be shooting holes in that POS , next time I can get down to our Hunting Property .

Good News : I already have found a replacement . It's another Elec. / Digital Smoker . A lil bigger than the last one . It was a Clearance Item at Menards . Seasoning it NOW , as we speak . New goodies to come , in the near future .

Nice! I have an electric and its nearing end of life. I have always thought it was the way to go. I have a buddy going through a divorce living with me, and he brought over his smoker. All I can say after using it multiple times that at some point soon when I can justify the $$, I will never own anything but grillagrills.com/
